Shipping Policy

Hong Kong & Macau: Orders are shipped via SF Express, with delivery from Monday to Saturday.

International Orders: Orders are shipped via Hongkong Post, with delivery from Monday to Friday.

Hong Kong & Macau: Shipping fee is HK$30. Free shipping is available for orders over HK$1,000.

International Orders: International shipping is HK$100 per item. Free shipping is available for orders over HK$1,000.

Delivery time depends on the product you ordered.

Non-customized items: You will receive your order within 3 days.

Personalized / customized items: You will receive your order within 3–4 weeks.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed. In this case, you will need to contact the courier directly.

Please note that for international shipments, courier services may charge additional fees for changing the delivery address. it.ouma is not responsible for any extra shipping costs incurred due to address changes.

Once your order has been shipped, it.ouma will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the SF Express or Hongkong Post website. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team to check the shipping status of your order.
