Each piece is finished with a thick 18K platinum electroplated coating, while selected designs feature 18K rose gold or yellow gold plating for enhanced durability. The plating helps provide oxidation resistance and hypoallergenic properties, making our jewelry suitable for everyday wear. Depending on the design, our pieces may feature a variety of gemstones, including flawless simulated diamonds, spinel, red nano stones, peridot, citrine, white topaz, amethyst, tourmaline, apatite, mother-of-pearl, and freshwater pearls. Gemstone selection varies by product.

Yes, our jewelry comes with care support. We offer a 90-day warranty on all jewelry with a valid proof of purchase. During the warranty period, we provide free repair services for eligible items. We also offer complimentary ultrasonic cleaning services to help maintain the beauty of your jewelry. Please note that the warranty does not cover surface scratches, color fading caused by normal wear and tear, missing parts, or any damage resulting from improper use. For these cases, we are happy to offer jewelry refurbishment services at a small additional cost.

Keep your jewelry away from household chemicals such as cosmetics, perfume, and bleach, as these may damage the surface. Please remove your jewelry before showering, exercising, swimming, soaking in hot springs, sleeping, or doing housework. Sweat may cause corrosion over time. After wearing, especially in summer, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, damp cloth. Jewelry with delicate and intricate craftsmanship should be handled with care. Avoid pulling, bending, twisting, or applying excessive force, as damage may be difficult to repair.

Delivery time depends on the product you ordered. Non-customized items: Orders will be dispatched within 2–4 business days. Personalized / customized items: Orders will be dispatched within 6–9 business days. International Shipping: International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local courier services.
